Mission Statement
→ Teach, develop, promote and regulate the sport of tackle football for junior players under the age of fifteen (15) residing in the Pewaukee School District
→ Promote sportsmanlike competition for such players • Develop qualities of leadership, teamwork, discipline, quickness of mind, physical well-being, moral as well as physical courage, and the knowledge that dedicated hard work and perseverance can often compensate for limited natural ability
→ Install in the athletes a proper competitive spirit and a desire to perform to capacity both as individuals and as a team
Team History
The Pewaukee Junior Pirates were established in 1996 with a roster of 7 coaches, 70 football players, and a Board of Directors. In that first season, the Junior Pirates played an independent schedule at the A, B, and C levels. The entire program became members of the All American Youth Football League (AAYFL) in 1997.
